Final Assembly of the A330-neo in September 2016

The New Engine Option variant of the very successful wide-body airliner is taking shape and will be supplied to the launch customer TAP of Portugal. The A330 neo will carry the high bypass Rolls-Royce Trent 7000 turbofan engines, new winglets, a longer wingspan and new engine pylons. There are over 180 firm orders of the aircraft and as with the original A330, Ultra Controls will be supplying the A330 neo with the Landing Gear Control and Interface Unit used for controlling the retraction and extension of the landing gear and opening/closing of the undercarriage doors.
